"Our bathroom smelled like sewage the entire time we were there and staff told us that the pipes are old and with the change in weather, pipe expansion or contraction causes this issue- no one came to check out the odor and we were not offered another room. We have stayed in several hotels in Vienna and have never experienced this- I would never recommend this hotel."
"The only issue we had with the hotel was its location not being near city center where all of our activities were. But an easy tram ride and we were there. It was a very nice hotel"
"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and was generally satisfied with my experience.
The accommodation is simple, without any unnecessary extras, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels were clean and white.

One of the main advantages is the convenient location. The main train station and Belvedere...

"Pros:
- Very close to subway station (we found public transit is safe and easy to use).
- Excellent breakfast offered, a
much better deal than buying coffee and croissants anywhere else (plus they have nice cheeses, fruits, and all the regular breakfast food like yogurt, cereal, juice,…)
Cons:
- Can hear noise quite easily from other rooms during the day, the place was quiet at night during our stay.
- Front desk not always staffed.
- Not well signed, look for ‘hotel’ sign and walk through...
