"Wonderful lakeside location, away from the main Stresa hotels, but by a ferry terminal. Pleasant well organised breakfast buffet - but no kettle or fridge in the room."
"The front desk staff was excellent. The location is excellent. My room had a fantastic view of the lake.
There was a small metal sewing pin in the middle of the counter of my bathroom when I arrived. This made me think perhaps the cleaners didn’t do the most thorough job. There was also a stain on the carpet in the middle of the lobby.
Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel with nice staff and a great location, stay here. If you want a perfect hotel or any sort of...
"The Hotel front desk’s staff is very nice. I forgot the problem of time zone, so staff figured it out for me, and he knew my flight was very early, so he arranged the driver to sent me to the airport.
Break fast was delicious.
Thank you so much all of the staff of this Hotel, anyways!"
Vielen lieben Dank...
"Personale gentile, camera molto pulita.
