Nice

Nice hotel, the room was clean, the breakfast is ok, but could be better. Unfortunately all lake view rooms was sold out when I booked, but the garden is very nice as well. Location is great, there is free parking. Overall a good stay.

We have stayed at this 3 star hotel on previous occasions; the 3 course evening meal at 25 euros is excellent value and, moreover, is served at your table. This year Julia on reception spent a lot of time and effort in obtaining a refund of 204 euros for us from a taxi firm that failed to turn up at the airport. We were most grateful.

We loved staying in this hotel, the room was spacious with an AMAZING view! The transport links were great with a direct bus to the airport, the restaurants and bars around were fantastic. The staff at the hotel were very attentive, extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend for a lovely relaxing stay

Nice hotel in a great location. Good breakfast options. Nice pool and terraces. Common areas upstairs a little tired but room fine if a little dated. Good value for money.

The Hotel is a traditional Italian Hotel in terms of style and decor. Our room (201) was on the second floor and had a lovely view over the gardens, pool and local church. The small balcony was beneficial. (Note: many of the lake view rooms dont have a balcony) The room was very clean and spacious with a large bathroom which again was very clean. Pool area was great with extra sunbeds up in the gardens and despite going in the school holidays it always felt relaxed and quiet. There was never a rush for sunbeds and even when returning to the pool.afer a day out there were always spare sunbeds. Pool was 1.4m deep at both ends so perfect for bobbing about and to cool down. The Hotel is situated in an excellent location, only minutes from numerous restaurants and small quiet bars, and close to baveno port where regular boats can take to other towns on the lake for less than €5.00 We loved our 9 day stay at this hotel and would definitely reccomend a visit.

Un hôtel à ne pas manquer.

Établissement qualitatif, très bon accueil, en français. Le sourire est de mise à chaque relation avec le personnel. Et même un peu d’humour. Chambres climatisées et confortables. Belle décoration d’ensemble, bar, restaurant, salle télé. Piscine solarium et fitness. Tout y est. Ha, j’allais oublier; une situation face au lac Majeur et les îles Borromée à porté de bateau. Je recommande. À ne pas manquer.

Parfait !

Hôtel incroyable, idéalement placé au bord du lac. Notre chambre disposait d'un balcon avec vue sur lac et sur le son et lumière le soir. Le personnel est très gentil et parfaitement multilingue. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Il y a suffisamment de place de parking. Et la piscine est grande et avec vue sur lac. Les navettes pour les îles Borrommées sont très proches. Le petit déjeuner est très bien tout comme le service au bar.
