"The staff at the IBIS in Coleraine were great - very friendly and helpful.
However, my room had a distinct smell of smoke, as if a previous occupant had been a smoker - Not good!
Also, no safe in the room!
Also, maybe you need to review your policy towards young children in the bar area. say after 9pm, as there were some evenings where the bar sounded more like a kids playground than a bar!
Food was good, particularly the roasts of the day."

"Nice stay but needs some work. Room and bathroom had mould which you could smell throughout the room.
Toilet seat was loose.
Beds were comfy and had no issues sleeping except for the odd cow mooing and the emergency light above the door illuminating the room. Managed to cover it with a towel. You have to pay extra for the cooked breakfast. Continental breakfast was fine but make sure you’re up for 8am or there will be limited left, especially fruit juice. Guess they might fill up if you ask....

"The rooms were excellent and the surrounding area was great for an evening walk around the golf course.
The restraunt and bar being onsite meant that we didn't have to go searching for somewhere in the local area. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice. A great place to stay close to Coleraine and the north coast. I really recommend it."
