The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The hotel interior was wonderful and classy with a warm vibe. Our room was spacious with stunning views from the windows. Just absolutely beautiful. Easy walk to Giant's Causeway and trails and views forever. We will be coming back again for sure! Highly recommended!

We are regular visitors to the hotel and it’s always a very warm and welcoming atmosphere to come into. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The food is super. The rooms are always clean and tidy, but could do with a bit of maintenance. Overall, a wonderful stay again

Absolutely ideal place to stay at Giants Causeway. The staff was warm and friendly and made us feel like family. The food at the restaurant was exceptional as well. Our terrace room was ideal. Parking was 100 feet from the entry. Our room even included a delicious breakfast and entry to the Causeway Visitors Center & tour. My only regret is not staying longer. We will 100% be back, hopefully in summer time!

This is a lovely hotel - I would highly recommend. Staff were so helpful - they even sorted me an early breakfast when I had to go in the morning. Room was very comfortable and had good facilities. Best thing is, of course, the location. You just walk outside and go straight on the routes down to the causeway. Don’t hesitate to book 😁

Great location for a last minute booking. While very busy - well organised. Breakfast was good and service was efficient - some friendly staff. It is clearly an efficient operation, maybe lacking some personality / hospitality. While clean - it is a bit tired in places but well maintained. Good parking for guests and convenient for local attractions.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! My family and I stayed a couple nights and could not be happier. Views are fantastic. Easy access to trails leading to Giants Causeway and elsewhere. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Staff were so nice. I would stay here again and again.

It was a sweet stay and they truly treated us in such a beautiful and welcoming way. We actually got married right off the causeway and they were so sweet surprising us with sweet treats when we got back from our wedding and two drinks.

The hotel does have a major advantage of its location, they don’t need to make big efforts to fill the rooms. Despite that, the staff was very welcoming and professional and the property is well maintained (the best that can be done with a listed building). The food quality….. that’s another story. Definitely not up to the standards for such a hotel. More like the food from petrol stations on motorways. It was a mistake to dine there and maybe I should have searched for decent restaurants in the vicinity. Breakfast also quite poor both quantity but mainly quality.

Lovely hotel to stay. Warm welcome on arrival. Rooms were clean and plenty of space. Location great for Giant's Causeway and coastal walks. Breakfast was really good. Food in the restaurant on the evening was very tasty and there was plenty of choice on the menu. Staff were helpful , friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend hotel.
