"We stayed here one night as part of our 2 weeks Ring Rd. The location is so convenient- a few minutes walk to Skogafoss. The room was clean. However, the set up of the bathroom was strange. It was a big bathroom but lacking shelves. We had dinner at the onsite restaurant. It was decent. The stay also included a breakfast. It was fine. The staffs were very friendly. "

"We loved our remote cabin which overlooked the volcanic glacier and the glass design meant the sun streamed in. The beds were super comfortable and there was a small amount of tea and coffee available. The bedroom and shower worked very well. We found the cabin very handy to travel into the next village for food and took several trips out in the car around the waterfalls and hot springs. "Dilja at checkin and then at the bar was quite friendly and informative. Love the farm with goats around the guesthouse, along with the trees and beautiful nature surrounding the property. The decor was fresh and enjoyable. The entire place was very clean. Good breakfast. During our 9 nights in Iceland this place was in our top two favorites!"

"The property has been nicely updated, for the most part. The room itself was nicely decorated and the door from the showers out to the yard and hot tubs is convenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the bathrooms did not match the rest of the property, with cracked tiles, broken light fixtures and an overall dated feel. Otherwise a great spot right in the golden circle."
