"Slechtste “hotel” ever. Alleen cashbetalingen zonder bonnetje, geen WiFi, geen warm water, smerige badkamer, geen restaurant beschikbaar, beveiliging gaat nog voor 18:00 uur naar huis en laat de poort wijd open. Staat niet juist op de kaart aangegeven. Gaten in muskietennet. Enige goede punt is een koelkast beneden met koud bier bij gebrek aan maaltijd. Ongelofelijk dat dit hotel nog bestaat. "

"Beautiful hotel well located for hikes in the area. We stayed in the large cottage which is a very nice spacious option for families. Staff was very kind and accommodating (always went the extra mile) and as others have noted the food was really excellent. Light and healthy and tasted very fresh—the best food we had in Rwanda. "

"i was not given a room that rooms were fully booked and no contact from Exoedia or Hotel.com on my booking. i need my money refunded by Expedia and Wonder why Expedia should cause this i travelled for 5 hours to be denied accommodation which hotel said they don't have any agreement with Expedia to market their hotel Very Disappointing"
