"The pictures bear no resemblance to the hotel. When we arrived, there were at least three staff asleep in the foyer; they had to be awaken move for our check-in (I had booked two rooms). The hotel has not yet refunded the money I paid for the second night as I could not stay there for a subsequent night. "Excellent location. Hotel was very close to the Taj Mahal and main area of the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel was walking distance to TDI shopping centre and one of the famous bakeries of the city called “Gopaldas” Hotel had an in-house restaurant called “Kwality”. It was the best food we had in Agra city. Overall a great experience, would love to visit again when in India next!"
