"The room was as expected. Double glazed glass doors kept the traffic noise to a minimum. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room has aircon and a great heater stored in the cupboard. Others staying in building said the spa was beautifully warm. You couldn't hear people talking through the walls, but there was a lot of banging in the middle of the night that woke us all up, but this could happen anywhere. Great for a 1 night stay. "When I arrived there was some construction going on in my booked room on the property. So, the reception upgraded me into an executive room because it was there fault. I also had some boxes that I needed to take to Auckland and I did not want to keep them in my car while visiting customers in Hamilton. So, I asked the reception to keep those big boxes with them for two days until I leave the Motel on Friday. They allowed me to do that. Excellent customer service."
