"So happy I reserved the hotel room since I knew I would be exhausted after a 28 hour trans-Pacific transit and arriving at 12:30am local time. The free airport shuttle bus brought me right to the front door of Novotel and registration was a breeze at that hour. The room was spacious, clean and had contemporary decor and furnishings, along with plenty of electrical outlets and outlets to plug-in the power cord directly. "Breakfast has no other options only Chinese food not even bread and butter for breakfast and no tea or coffee all is focused on Chinese food. On arrival during check-in my room floor was dirty toilet has hair as if someone already had a shower there. I told them to clean my room so I can use the toilet and the room floor they said yes but never done so until the next morning. Staff can't speak English not even hello. "
