"Two of my favorite things about this hotel are tue friendliness of the staff and the security of the hotel. You have to have a key card in order to access any of the floors that were not the main floor or lobby floor. They were in the middle of renovations to upgrade the elevators and other areas of the hotel. Very well maintained and taken care of. Would definitely stay again when visiting Seattle! "

"We stayed here for 2 days pre-cruise. We had a large corner room with floor to ceiling windows that had a view of the space needle. This was prob the best hotel we have ever been to and we travel alot! The beds were soo comfy! The staff was soo friendly. The lobby was spacious, quirky, beautiful and comfortable. "I am an Embassy Suites fan for the breakfast and room size. This one has those two fabulous view of downtown including ferris wheel. Oatmeal at breakfast was pretty good. The gentleman at the scramble egg station is a perfect person to organize the crowd and get folks their eggs ASAP. He's great! "

"Overall, the room was a very good value. The location cannot be beat as Pike Place Market is just a 1 minute walk and the waterfront was just 5 minutes down the hill. It is also very close to the train station making it easy to and from the airport. The unit was clean and well equipped and the bed, while low, was comfortable. "Great location with many nearby restaurants and close to the sports arenas. Valet parking option was convenient. Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. "

"Everything with staff was great but $44 a night for parking is getting ridiculous. It was $28 the previous year - these constant up charges is getting a little out of hand especially when they don’t even clean you room unless you stay 3 nights or more. "
