There was a general mildew smell that caused havok for those with allergies and no one dared to sit on the futon that was discolored to a brown/yellow color more than the white it had been originally. "I stayed at Hotel los Helechos 2 while visiting Iguazu falls for two nights. If you stay here make sure the taxi or shuttle bus driver does not get mixed up and drop you at the wring hotel. There is a Los Helechos 1. The staff at reception were OK but not likely to help too much if there is a problem. My room was large but very basic and run down. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Iguazu where the bus station, shops, and restaurants are. Breakfast was very average. "
