"Basically clean but there was black mold in the bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was grubby. The table in the bedroom hadn't been dusted with dust and hair left on it. The bed was comfortable with good quality bed linen. The service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. Nice location. Would benefit from an update in the bathroom and bar/restaurant area. Overall we had a good stay. "

"Lovely stay at the Pines. All staff were friendly and polite. The room was large, comfortable and having patio doors to the garden we were able to get lots of fresh air. The walk up and down the steps to the beach was a challenge each day but there is the easier road option. Breakfast was very good. Overall a great stay."
