"Clean room, very friendly staff overall it was great stay"

"Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

"Air-conditioned and had everything we needed. All-inclusive was a bonus. I thought it was room-only, so that was a happy bonus."

"This hotel is rignt in the heart of Protaras. Any room you have you will hear live music from at least 3 bars which are all next to the hotel. This is definatly not a hotel you stay in, if you want quiet. Even with the balcony doors closed, you can hear the music till 3am. But you do get a beautiful sunrise with the McDonalds sign in the photo!! The breakfast selection was OK. The plastic fruit was a not good as many people thought it was real. It would be nice to have a piece of fruit to...

"We stayed here as we were attending a wedding and this was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was aircon and a mini fridge in the room which was helpful. The downsides were the food was not the best quality and choice. We only paid for bed and breakfast but did eat dinner one evening and found that there was a lack of choice. The dessert option was literally one cake so if you were lactose...

"Sauber, sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Strandtücher für das Meer"

"Great resort. Lovely pool area, good staff and excellent food, which could have been hotter on some occasions. But would love to come back again at some point"

"Great place to stay, very near beaches, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks"

"Great location , would so it’s bang average and some odd rules , but would not stop me stay again"

"Amazing hotel, clean and nice, delicious food. Extremely recommended."

"All the staff were very helpful and understood any questions and resolved them well. The room was cleaned every day. Would stay again"

"I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

"Absolutely phenomenal place to stay when visiting, the gentleman that greeted me at 2am to check in was extremely pleasant and didn’t seem bothered by how early it was. The apparement I was in was clean and beautifully presented, the bed was very comfy. I had everything I needed and more. The food at the Cj’s was amazing and all of the ladies there were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to any visiting! Thank you to the staff!"

"Although the apartment was tired and dated, we could have accepted this. Unfortunately the general cleanliness of the apartment and the grubbiness of the bathroom, was awful. The tiles were mouldy and so was the shower curtain. The shower curtain was stained, and so was tooth brush holder. Due to time constraints (my daughter was maid of honour at a wedding and hence we were on a tight schedule) I was unable to complain but tolerated the discomfort for 3 nights. Bath towels were only changed...
