"There is no parking so be prepared and get one of the street parking passes."

"Awesome staff"

"The shuttle to the airport was not available on the day I checked out and the pool was closed"

"My water was ice cold at sink and shower. At checkout they said multiple rooms had same complaint and did nothing but apologize. I had to shower with ice cold water due to long trip ahead to china. It was absolutely brutal showing. Then the airport shuttle driver was extremely rude to me. He wouldn't help me put luggage bag in the back of shuttle and again at airport drop-off. My bag was right at 50lbs International travel limit and was ok for me to pull around airport but way to heavy to lift...

"The entire experience, aside from terrible TV reception, was great."

"Excellent location, great front lobby and staff rooms were spacious and clean. Parking garage was an extra added fee, but convenient and offered in and out all day."

"It’s location was perfect to the city"

"They sell a room experience like lease, so they dont provide any cleaning service, you must need to request to recolect the trash, and the cost is similar to others near, so it doesnt have any add value"

"This is an older building and it needs updating but everything was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Shuttle ran on time and it is very convenient to quickly get to ORD."
