"everything clean and helpful staff. The room safe didn't work, but I didn't complain about it as I'm sure they would of sorted it. The bedroom window was locked it would of been nice to be able to open it for fresh air"
"The hotel did not have a microwave available to the guests. Nor did it have any form of refrigeration. You had to ask for ice and they gave you a glass of Ice. The staff was pleasant but they had zero flexibility and were not interested in how their guests felt ! I would probably never go back. However if this the type of room that works for you. Then go ahead and stay. I only review things as I see them. They were to the minute about handing you your key to the room. And they didn’t care if I...
"The reception area was staffed 24/7. All staff were helpful especially our luggage were lost in the airport. Breakfast was great & great price too. Walking distance from the church, shops & restaurants. Can recommend this place to friends who will visit Fatima, Portugal."
"El trato es educado pero se siente te con escasa amabilidad y empatía con las personas de movilidad reducida como mi mamá . Solicitamos agua y eran horas de la noche pues regresábamos de la Procesión de las Velas y mi mamá necesitaba agua apara tomar sus pastillas … Le pedí a la
Chica que estaba en Tecepcion y me dio una botella que tenía un poco de agua . Y me la
Dio de mala gana ."
"Our stay in this hotel is wonderful except we were briefed on our arrival that breakfast is served on the ground floor, we went to join breakfast to find out our room number was not in the lists , it was very humiliating to be told that"
"I had to cut my stay short due to the EEC requirements at Lisbon airport. I had a lovely one night stay instead of two. I had a room in the one building behind the cafe where you received a complimentary breakfast. It was clean, cozy, and featured coastal decor. The staff was very helpful and took me to my room and offered to carry my carryon up the stairs. The hotel is spread out over a square facing the beach with many cafes. I napped in the second room which had a couch and bottle of wine...
"Rita van de animatie deed het heel erg leuk en was heel lief voor de kinderen. Het personeel was behulpzaam en erg aardig. Het binnenzwembad was erg fijn.
We misten wel een winkel op het park."
"This hotel was exactly what I needed: affordable, well located, and better quality than the price suggests. Being a short walk from the bus station made arriving and leaving easy, with no taxis or hauling luggage across town.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a good bed, reliable hot water and gios wi-fi. Recommended"
