"I was attending a conference locally, stayed 3 nights and had everything I needed for that stay. My room was clean and aired, with good linen, heating and a fridge available. A very handy walk to supermarkets, and cafe/restaurants.
The only downside to my stay was the INFORMATION regarding parking (not the property's lack of parking). A pre-arrival email stated that parking was limited, was on a first come first served basis, but not available to guests who booked through Expedia... Trying...
"Love staying here. 3rd time now. Good value for money and it's s so handy with the bistro which has lovely food. Staff are always give great service too. The only little gripe I have this time, was the aircon had a constant whine all night but other than that still enjoyed our stay. "
"After having stayed at East Pier many times I was disappointed with the fact in order to view even free to air TV, one needed to know one’s logins and also for other platforms. The enjoyment of coming home after a night out, the part of climbing into bed and switching on the TV is now not an option without logging in. We also had to pay to watch Supercars and the All Blacks. Concerning also, was to see someone’s email address at the login. Privacy issues I would imagine."
"Large family room obviously dated, heaters were difficult to operate and the power for them went out during the evening, was a bit of an operation to get it back on as onsite manager had no idea what to do
Close to parkrun and wineries so location is good, very basic facilities"
