"+Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.
+Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
+Gutes Frühtstück mit einer entsprechenden Auswahl.
+Super Lage und mit eigener Garage bzw. Parkplatz

"We enjoyed our stay. Even though they had two large groups of people staying it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent and our rooms were very clean and spacious."
"Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay.
Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...
"We had a nice stay at Hotel Ferrari. The room was clean and had a lovely view once we opened the outdoor shutters. The breakfast was very nice with made to order eggs and coffees and many other choices. The hotel is located near to ski resorts and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a good value. "
"There was a lot to like about this hotel. It was in a good location in Molveno with parking. The terrace had great views and a nice jacuzzi. The Bar area was lovely, with fantastic views. Our room had a lovely balcony and views, and the one meal we had in the restaurant was really nice.
However..... there are a lot of things that need improved. Our main complaint was that our fridge didn't work. It took over a day and a half after complaining before a replacement was found, with no great...
