"Lovely staff, great location. The lift was a bit scary! Nice comfy beds."

"The room was OK but the sign outside said B&B. Could not find any breakfast. Don't know if it was included in the booking. No-one around. Bar was unattended. We saw someone drift in and out of the complex but he was not very helpful. The only time we got to speak to him was to see if we could do an early check-in, but no, the door is locked until 2pm. We were 30mins early. Can't really say the service was good, but the room was OK."

"Spacious, well laid out with lovely furnishings, warm, everything we needed"

Shackleton restaurant had excellent staff and nice food but wouldn’t go there again unless they can fix the smoke coming into the restaurant from the fire place. We felt like we had smoked a packet of cigarettes, our clothes smelled and eyes burned. Felt sorry...

"Great stay. Friendly owners with great local knowledge. Perfect place to base for a Mt Hutt Ski holiday. "
