"A beautiful, well maintained property. The unit was very clean and we made use of the kitchen and enjoyed the Nespresso machine. Our dinner at Cluffside was excellent."

"staff has been very good since coming home have not received $100.00 back that was paid at time of check-in July 13th have been calling the hotel to try to get some in-put as can not get in touch with Expedia ! Went into my bank they are uncertain about why it has not gone back into my account ! I have stayed many times at Stonegate and always got that $100.00 back right at check out ! will probably will return to stonegate again won't book with Expedia any more ! I just will continue to check...

"This property have not given back my deposit for the night I stated. When I checked out I wasn't asked for my debit card to get my deposit back. She just told me to make sure I came to the desk to check out. The first room I got the tv didn't work and she basically was calling me a liar. She did change my room but only after she argued with me that no body else complained about the tv and she said she was in that room watching it. Worst frigging experience ever man"

"I am very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel based on the photos and description on Expedia, but the room I received is significantly different from what was advertised. The room appears much older and does not reflect the quality shown in the listing.
