"The check in process took forever, the line was out to the door and wrapping back around. After a very long wait, when we got up to our room it was already occupied. We had to go back and wait again for a different room, only one person was working the front desk even though other staff was present. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Not enough parking onsite, but a public parking area was nearby. Nice location making it walkable to most activities."

"This hotel seems to be mainly for truckers, the staff don't care about single women like myself ...... I messaged them and told them I was scared but no one said a word :( Breakfast isn't nice, there were no hot eggs at all only cold boiled. You know there are more travellers than just truckers, you should treat everyone the same not play favourites :("

"The room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The customer service from staff was Excellent!! The valet guys also had great customer service. The food was good. The bar!! I'll just say I really unwind. I will be back."

"Convenient location!! Helpful and friendly staff !!"

"There was an African American gentleman in the front that was nice pleasant and so helpful."

"Location is fun!! Downtown and above the Matherne’s grocery store!!!"

"CLEAN AND WELCOMING. GOOD PARKING AT PROPERTY . WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN"

"We had a great stay! The property is on a quiet street and has just about everything you need during your stay. The only thing that didn’t fit with the overall great experience was that a few of the bath towels had holes. I let the contact know and hope those towels are replaced for the next occupants. We would definitely stay again. "

"Great location right in the heart of new roads with two great restaurants one below and one across the street. Great view of false river from the balcony. Lots of events going on during the day right outside. Very comfortable and spacious"

"very clean nice"

"House was more than expected and for sure will be on my short list when I am looking for a return visit to the Ventress area. Very much liked being at the end of the road. “Dead end”"
