"The rooms (and property) were one step above a hostel. Although the pool and surrounding area appeared relatively clean, the public kitchen area was obviously exposed to the outdoor elements and the rooms were completely stripped down. There were remnants of missing artwork, curtains and many other common elements in the rooms, while spider webs and other insects were prevalent. The bathroom windows were slightly tinted, but with the backlighting in the bathroom, occupants were clearly visible...
"No smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix etc only free to air. Mid week refresh of the apartment was minimal. Linens only, no cleaning or top ups of essentials like garbage bin bags. The heated pool was excellent."

"Good central location to beach and town. Room was mostly clean. Motel was set back from road and so was quiet and comfortable, with nice frontal landscaping. Good motion sensitive lighting in basement car park. Good balcony for casual breakfast.
However, in our unit there was an issue with top corner of glass shower door catching on the glass frame which presented increased risk of chipping and shattering when used?
Motel is set back from road and could use improved illumination & larger...
"Really nice grounds and pool area. Large comfortable unit. Stove grill did not work, stove elements could not be turned down, range hood filthy, extractor fan in windowless bathroom did not work, decor needs a refurshment"
"We were informed of a water leak in the kids bedrooms upon checkin via a letter.
From the water stains, it is not recent & could have been disclosed weeks ago. We had no choice but to put up with the leak with beach towels to absorb it. We were then slugged with an extra fifty bucks on checkout even though we left the kitchen clean and even ran the diswasher. The host hung up on me when I asked for photo evidence of her claim of a “filthy kitchen”.
The operators are dodgy so be very careful...
