"Everything is good"

"We had a beautiful ocean front room during Dia De Los Muertos. 2 of the nights were very loud due to music on the pier and elsewhere. But it was because we were in such a great spot! The other two nights were quiet. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and all the staff was great - with a special shout out to Berta. She was so friendly and helped me practice my Spanish!"

"Clean property, and great staff!"

"The wait for dinner at the fish house was 1 hr to get main dish served. Unacceptable. The staff didn’t have any events to do during the day. Poor attempt to coordinate. Phone didn’t work,"

"More information about restaurants."

"Paid for a large suite. Coffee maker in the room but no coffee. Musty smelling room. Tiny TV in bedroom but no TV in living room. No ice in the hotel. We had to go to another building to get ice. No coffee available anywhere in the building. Overpriced for what we got. We were there only one night so did not use the pool or facilities."

"The rooms and property were very clean. The single bedroom are small. Much confusion on the breakfast and drink coupons. Our family had 3 rooms the first two families didn't get our coupons till our 3 family checked in. We were not explained the weekend and I guess holiday upcharge. The drink coupons were given to two families and the 3rd was told they were given to one of the other families. Somewhat noisy from the bar music from the street late at night. Beautiful pool and great...

"The place is old and showing it, but the staff does a good job keeping it clean."
