"Staff was amazing. Especially after coming from a hotel that was not anything like them. One person in particular, who didn’t check me in but was so welcoming. Shout out to her! While my name was being found she was keeping me company with chats about the last hotel. Also, the woman who gave me a an actual glass of ice. Just actually an amazing experience and best hotel in our first London experience. Short but sweet stay! Love from US. ❤️"

"Room well equipped and comfortable, though quite stuffy even with the windows open. Not sure I would stay here in hot weather! Staff friendly. Car park costs extra but plenty of space. Has a gym and a pool. Easy to find from M20."

"When things go well it's easy to give a good review. Our first night of 2 the room smelt horrendous. The bathroom was clearly mouldy/damp and the bathroom door was left open. Told reception and they bought an air freshener can up. We closed door went to sleep and woke up to stinking room, clothes etc. informed reception and they moved room for 2nd night. 2st night shouldn't have happened but pleased to have it sorted. Not the cheap hotel it was."

"I was concerned having read reviews but my experience was much better than expected. The hotel is 6 or 7 minutes walk from both Chatham train station and the Waterfront Bus Station and lots of buses pass the door. reception is simple but professional and, having experienced a quick efficient & friendly registration, walked through a very smart bar restaurant to the lift which worked well. my room, 102 on the first floor, was spacious with separate bath tub and loo.
