"First and foremost the front desk was extremely helpful as we arrived super early and they allowed us to check in after our long flight. That in itself made the stay wonderful.
Secondly the location couldn’t be better. It was right in the middle of all the excitement and very central on the Pest side of town. But if anyone is looking for quiet and calm, this should not be your choice.
I would highly recommend it to everyone who is visiting Budapest for a few days and want to explore and...
"The air conditioning was broken for both nights of my 2 night stay. I was not advised of this when I booked. It was very uncomfortable & I didn’t get much sleep. I spoke to reception about this & they said to email the hotel for a partial refund. To date I have not received a reply."
"We were really pleased with the apartment we booked it exceeded our expectations and the photos on the website do not do it justice. The location is excellent too. We had a small problem with one item and within minutes of reporting to receptionist the repair person arrived to fix it. We have recommended the apartments to many people since returning from holiday. Big thank you for helping make our trip so comfortable."
"Una notte sola, giusto il tempo di sfruttare il centro storico a piedi visto che eravamo lì di passaggio prima del volo. Check-in tardo (dopo le 22) senza problemi. Bell’ingresso con atrio, e salendo al terzo piano un gioco di luci nell’androne che dà un’atmosfera romantica. Camera e bagno ampi, parquet per terra. Unica pecca: il “matrimoniale” sono in realtà due letti singoli affiancati. Per il resto, posizione top, consigliata."

The bedrooms aren’t what you see in the pictures. The carpet very old and dirty and the sheets were the worse ever.
The front desk people were very nice
But the rest were not as much. My flight arrive earlier and they did not allow me in even 1 minute earlier. In other cities if the room was ready they allow me to get in."

"Almost everybody was very friendly and helpful only one lady at the lobby was super rude. The AC in the room was not working properly, I changed the temperafure and fan settings and nothing worked. The room was super hot and humid"
"The hotel has a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the metro station, with plenty of trams and buses nearby. What makes this hotel unique is that it has its own shopping floor, with great brands like BOSS and many others. The staff are also very nice, friendly, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!"
