"Sicuramente le camere e l'hotel in generale è pulito,il reparto piscina lascia un po a desiderare, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato,rinnovato. Intanto non dovrebbero permettere ai ragazzini di giocare a palla in acqua almeno, poi con un hotel pieno tenere solo 8 lettini a bordo piscina mi sembrano pochissimi. Non c'era nessun addetto per chiedere la chiave degli armadietti,o che sorvegliasse per la sicurezza degli ospiti poi la sauna secondo noi non funzionava bene, era appena caldina."
"Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to...

"Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och rummet var rent och fräscht, men väldigt litet (4 bäddsrum/studio). Köket och matplatsen var jättesmå och saknade avställningsytor, jag var glad att vi reste 2 vuxna och 2 barn, 4 vuxna hade inte fått plats. Skidbussen stannade precis utanför hotellet vilket var ett väldigt bekvamt sätt att ta sig till gondolen i Alba, den kostade bara 9 Euro/person för hela veckan."
"Our room was on the small side, but with a nice balcony that allowed us to seat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was all great, except probably the scrambled eggs. But there were enough fruits, cold cuts, breads and cheeses to make it up for that."

Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Empfang war etwas frostig aber trotzdem freundlich.
Bei Frühstück wurde kein Omlett oder Rührei gereicht. Das war etwas schade"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganzaie. Francesco and Nonna Laura made us feel so welcome and taken care of, that we left feeling like we were part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that our food allergies were catered for. Breakfast and dinner were always fantastic. The chef did an amazing job. And the cost for a family of four to stay and eat for two weeks was fabulous. Thank you Francesco and Nonna Laura. "
"Great location, but that is where the positives end. The staff are terrible and rude, breakfast had no tables cleared, no food left, no plates, no cutlery. The rooms are very hot, no fans no air conditioning, very noisy. No plugs near mirrors, no bar staff to serve you a drink. I would not recommend, very pleased we didn’t book half board."
