Very friendly and nice staff too. The gardens outside are beautiful and make you feel in Tuscany. I definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Sienna. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on!
