"I had a very good stay. Everything was perfect. Dining options are good , there's a nice lounge, pool, gym, etc. You can use all the Sheraton facilities. Good value for the money."

"We were able to get into our room early which is always nice. There is a nice bar and restaurant. Pool and whirlpool were welcome after walking all day. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. You can walk to lots of restaurants, shops and sights. Staff were are great."

"We stayed for 3 days. Tge only complaint i have is twice they never left the proper towels and face clothes for us and had to call for more. Other than that, i would stay again."

"We stayed here to be close to our family friends on the outskirts of Toronto.The hotel is located on the premises of a mall. The hotel in itself is new and decent. The first time in the parking lot is confusing but then it makes sense and is convenient. The only downside was the breakfast which was average and they are understaffed( we had to clean our own tables to get a table)"

"The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights on two consecutive weeks, but had 4 separate bookings so it was quite complicated for the check-in staff to comprehend. However, on arrival we were given the same room for the five days we booked and we were given a wet room as we had requested a walk-in shower. We were very pleased with the service. The restaurant was good, service efficient. Altogether thoroughly recommend this hotel. However, the area in which the hotel was located...
