"Hotel and rooms were average, booked a double and a twin to be given 2 doubles, then I was told no way I could have a twin as they where fully booked to go I. To my room and find two singles pushed together to Form a double, the. Was to much trouble to get extra bedding to split the beds. To then be told after we had food and drinks we get a discount, but then attitude from staff moaning about having to refund. Average at best but was only one night, food was nice "

"Our towels were replaced after one day. PLease could you use the THROW IN THE SHOWER/ BATH IF YOU NEED A REPLACEMENT policy to save such a lot of washing"

"We had a lovely stay at Manor Court. The room was a nice size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It's not far from Bridlington and my wife and I walked there in about an hour(taxis are available). There's plenty going on there. Breakfast in the morning was very good with plenty of choice and very good service. Overall a very nice place to stay I would definitely recommend it."

"I was very happy with the hotel and staff. room was perfectly adequate with plenty of tea and milk, something lacking in other places iv stayed, very clean all around the hotel, always greeted by any member of staff with a hello at any time of passing. The biggest plus was the price, £40 or £50 cheaper than any similar standard place within a long distance. Excellent effort and nice to have stayed there. "

"Stopped two nights, one on a package. Very comfortable hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff. Couple of observations: only one chair in a room for two people, loads of space for a second. Nowhere to put your open suitcases, except on the floor, what happened to good old fashioned luggage stands? "Had a lovely stay from start to finish. Absolutely lovely welcome and even helped us with a later checkout. Staff are lovely and friendly. The breakfast was fab. Lots of it cooked fresh. We had a view of the seafront, which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend booking here for a stay. Thank you everyone x x. "

"Friendly, welcoming check in. Nice big rooms. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was outstanding! So hospitable....explained to the manager that we found our beds uncomfortable, the manager organised new mattresses with no question and a smile. We did find the room to be a bit stuffy as the only ventilation was possible of we kept the french door on the latch, which was perfect during the day but perhaps a little unsafe at night.
