"The location was perfect if you are using the train or ferry. The city is small and very walkable so being off to one end wasn't an issue. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. the only negative I saw was the tiny elevator."
"Room was clean, staff very helpful, Sara was great. Shuttle rides up to the main street during busy hours can take a bit so give yourself plenty of time. 45 euros for a taxi from port to hotel , the other way 90 euros, be prepared to ride the bus into town."
"Rooms were nothing like what was displayed on Expedia website. Room was old, tired and not great. Marked walls, no backing on curtains, safe not bolted and cold be physically lifted, closet was merely a curtain hiding a hanging rack. Misrepresentation of what we paid for - not a great customer experience at all. Don’t trust Expedia websites or poor customer service. Tried seeking a refund but got nothing. Truely woeful and will never use or trust Expedia again - don’t use them ever."
"The location is excellent, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. They also have a garage available for parking cars, scooters, or Vespas.
The staff were amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the beautiful views, especially the charming lemon trees they grow on the property. 😍🍋
The hotel also has a restaurant, which we visited once during our stay. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to dine there—you can simply...
"Great hotel, superb location, stunning views, I mean eating breakfast and overlooking the Bay of Naples, just top class. Accommodation was superb, fantastic room and balcony with sea view and all the staff were helpful and friendly and all in all just a top good vibes place to stay. Good times"
"اقامتنا كانت رائعه الغرف صغيرة لكن مشرقة ونظيفة جدا ومطابقة للصور و مريحة الفطور متنوع وجيد والموقع ممتاز جدا فريق العمل ودود و خد وم و متيقظ السلبية الوحيدة كانت الانترنت ضعيف وبالرغم من ذلك اعود للسكن في هذا المكان الجميل"
"The resort was in a great location to visit Sorrento. A call out would be that the pool could have been a bit more heated. Staff was helpful and the food at the restaurant was very good. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay"
