"The room was clean. The hotel is under construction. So, there is some noise. Air conditioning is sufficient. Local staff doesn't speak english. Even though they try to be helpful language barrier is visible. Location is good. Walking distance to most local attractions yet far away from the crowds. At the end you get what you pay for."
"Please please do not book here the rooms are filthy no towels tv doesn't work at all air barely worked traded rooms with my son his room was still filthy tv not working but wasn't as old as mine when I asked for a towel I was given a mast stained towel which was a body towel toilet had old dried up pee all over the back don't let the pictures fool you expedia needs to be ashamed to even list this as one of their options. Expedia was always trustworthy but now this kind of makes me a little...
"It’s a beautifully kept place, well located with lovely architecture and design and great onsite amenities like a restaurant and spa. The staff are excellent- friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough."
"My second stay at this boutique hotel. 2 miniyes from pub street but far enough away for peace and quiet. All the staff are exceptional and will help you with everything. Will be back soon :)"
"The rooms were super comfortable. The balconies were fantastic. The staff was super helpful in a restaurant on site was pretty great. Even the buffet breakfast included every morning was pretty awesome and the pool was a nice addition"
"One of our most memorable stays! The setting was so beautiful, natural and relaxing. We would stay again and appreciate all of the help. Siem Reap is awesome!"
"I honestly cannot give this property enough stars. The staff treated me as though helping me was an actual pleasure and not just a job. They assisted with special requests and anticipated my needs. It felt like I was not just a guest but the only guest by how they spoke to me by name, inquired about my tours and plans and even spoke to tuk tuk drivers on my behalf. They always made sure I had a way back and not just a ride to where I was going.
The atmosphere is stress free and relaxing....
"The bungalows are clean and pleasant, the pools very well maintained, breakfast are served right on time and are always more than enough, the staff is adorable and super helpful. We definitely recommend this place!!!"
"The staff were friendly, easy to communicate with and always helpful. The restaurant has a small selection but it was always soo good and I didn't feel like i was missing anything! The hotel is small and so it felt very comfortable and safe and familiar.I arranged with them to pick me up at the airport, so that was easy. The whole experience there was great. I would come back and also highly recommend it."
"Pool was clean and well maintained. Shops were a Tuktuk or taxi drive ( about 5 minutes) easy access to tuktuk nearby.. very cheap and a great way to experience Siem Reap. Staff are very friendly and obliging"
