"Clean room, very friendly staff overall it was great stay"

"Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...

"Great place to stay, very near beaches, restaurants and bars. Lovely pool area with plenty of beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks"

"Amazing hotel, clean and nice, delicious food. Extremely recommended."

"I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

"I stayed at Captain Pier before, a few years ago. I had excellent memories and wanted to stay there again. I am not upset or angry about our stay. I am just disappointed cause I wanted so much more from a hotel that you pay €200 + per night AND you had all those nice memories. To sum up: The room wasn’t ready by the time we went there even though I gave them a call 1 hour prior to our arrival. Even though we were waiting for apx. 30 minutes to get to our room we were given the wrong room and we...

"Great villa large outside pool area, location not over looked"

" Overall good value for the money, on the beach. Would recommend."

"Very disappointing experience — would not recommend Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. The cleanliness was a major concern throughout our visit, both in the common areas and in our room. We saw many cockroaches around the pool and bar area, which was extremely unpleasant and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the elevator. Instead of properly addressing the source of the problem, the hotel used...

"Well servied"

"Stayed here a few times but was disappointed this time"
