"I had a lovely time at the hotel on a B&B basis..The room was big and clean and tidied every day. The pool area was excellent with lots of beds a great pool. I had a few evening meals and the food was ok with a good chance. All the the staff were very professional and very friendly. It was near the end of the season and quiet so there wasn't any activities either during the day or evening. I would certainly visit again."

"I stayed at Captain Pier before, a few years ago. I had excellent memories and wanted to stay there again. I am not upset or angry about our stay. I am just disappointed cause I wanted so much more from a hotel that you pay €200 + per night AND you had all those nice memories. To sum up: The room wasn’t ready by the time we went there even though I gave them a call 1 hour prior to our arrival. "We came here not first time! Very nice hotel! Perfect location, 5 min from the sea. Cozy bar next to the swimming pool. Very tasty food, nice menu. Friendly helpful staff in reception, especially Mrs. Stavroula and blonde girl from Kyiv, with beautiful smile) Boys from bar very good at serving! Manager atbrestaurant very attentive and polite. "Love this hotel very friendly always clean rooms cleaned daily, excellent food always a good selection to suit everyone Angela at he poor bar is a legend shes fab!! Beautiful places to visit stunning beach 5min walk from hotel 20-25min walk to main strip in protaras, regular busses and taxis available if wanting to venture further, buggy hire just out of hotel a all round fab holiday. Will definitely be back "
