"Its a fine hotel for the price. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms."

"Clean room, nice staff"

"Clean rooms. Perfect location to pull into after 14 hours of travel! Close to the airport but still very easy to come and go as needed."

"Great weekend"

"The shower was out o conditioner. That was annoying. Also, our hallway was filled with a middle school girl's hockey team who were SO LOUD. We arrived back at the hotel at 9 PM and the parents and children were literally sitting in the hallway. The children then ran up and down the hallway for an hour while the parents stood in the hallway and yelled at them. I understand that the hotel doesn't have a lot of control over this but (1) I wish we weren't put in the middle of them, and (2) the...

"Great location near the way. Pleasant helpful staff. Very comfortable bed."

"The house keeping does not clean very well. Hot breakfast has no flavor at all, tasted awful need a new cook. Room was over decent for the size. Tub is outdated, rack in closet was broke, refrigerator was not wiped down on the outside. Alot of flies kept coming to the window. Asked for a couple of my dollars back for the inconvenience of me and my family cleaning up the room. Was told I couldn't because I booked through Expedia."

"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."

"Great hotel for a weekend visit. I choose hotels based on their pools and this one was always empty, very large....but a little too cold for my liking. Breakfast was great. Room clean and the pullout bed was comfy (more like a futon without a metal bar that many have!) Supposed to have cleaning every other day, but only had it once in five days. We got extra towels so we were ok. Frig and microwave in the room, which is nice. Nicole at the front desk was super helpful! We will stay again."

"Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet."

"Nice"
