"Stay was fair. Average customer service. The elevator bothered me a bit because it wasn’t exactly a smooth ride and walls were paper thin. No way to hook up my Netflix or other streaming channels to the TV. It was only set up for Samsung and I have an iPhone. However, room was clean. I would book again if need be. "

"This hotel is my family's favorite place to stay when we come to Rockford. The staff has always been incredible, friendly, and professional. The rooms are different from any other hotel we've stayed in. We always stay in the suites and my wife and I sleep upstairs and our son sleeps downstairs. The amount of charm and uniqueness is what will always bring us back. The pool is smaller but there is a pool. Same with the gym but these aren't things that are too important for us. "

"Literally the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Architecture was unique, high tech, clean, staff was great, pool was beautiful, breakfast was bomb and the underground culinary was a good experience also. Thank ypu!"

"When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. "

"We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly."
