"I have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and this is the second worst I've stayed in. The check in process wasn't too bad, when I arrived my room was ready but they wanted to charge an extra fifty euros to go in my room three hours before check in time, I politely said no and waited til check in time. When I finally went in my room, I noticed a few things,
There was no shower gel, to shower with, i went to the lobby and one of the employees checked in the bottom of a cabinet, looked...
"Great location, everything was walking distance from the hotel. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it. The rooftop terrace was a great added bonus!"
"The hotel is located near Termini station, making it convenient for travelers.
Rooms are on the small side and it was difficult to get hot water in some rooms."

"False advertising- the pictures on the internet are not updated. This place looks like a dump. The WiFi didn’t work, the phones don’t work, there’s bags of what cops be sandbags or trash in the entrance. The property is filthy."
