"Beautiful view from the room, along with proximity to the walkway along the beach, cafes, and the village made this a memorable visit."

"Good bathroom. A room has a spare door which doesn't make you comfortable. The bed had a rough linen."

"Great stay, lovely, clean and cosy. Staff very helpful and friendly Napier fantastic and owner provided us with a list of tried and tested eateries which we used, thank you. Recommendation to Te Mara peak also fab Location great, right on the beach"

"Amazing location with view"

"Avoid the front studio rooms, noisy and close to the road."

"The room was clean but I stayed 2 nights and never had the room serviced. The manager or owner obviously had a problem with marijuana. My room smelt of it when I checked in and the following night he had it 4 or 5 times and the smell wafted into my room. After each time he coughed his lungs out. And was quite noisy until 2.00am. Will never stay here again."

"I will definitely recommend, Comfort Inn Westshore Motel to my family & friends, it's a safe environment to stay in, staff are helpful, close to everything you need, right at your finger tips thank you Comfort Inn for looking after me, I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely visit again..😊."

"Had everthing we required for our stay, the only down fall with our stay was the traffic noise especially at night, however that is not the fault of the proprietor. Thanks for the enjoyable stay Camberley Motel."

"After having stayed at East Pier many times I was disappointed with the fact in order to view even free to air TV, one needed to know one’s logins and also for other platforms. The enjoyment of coming home after a night out, the part of climbing into bed and switching on the TV is now not an option without logging in. We also had to pay to watch Supercars and the All Blacks. Concerning also, was to see someone’s email address at the login. Privacy issues I would imagine."

"Fridge not working well in kitchen. Some light bulbs not working in the room. Bath tub in terrible conditions. Washing machine bad condition. No proper house maintenance. Need lots of work in the house."

"I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Would have liked bigger towels though. Would definitely stay again."

"It was comfortable staff were friendly. Would stay again"

"The location was great. The facilities a bit rumpty, but reasonably clean (which we didn't mind as cost was very good). We think there were bed-bugs, not nice."

"Should be taken off the market as a Motel. Dirty old fashioned horrible place."

"This motel is a little out of the main area of Napier, but with a car easy to get around. Also located not far from access to main highway to Wellington. Room was well set up with small kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable unit. Very quiet room. Management were very pleasant and helpful"
