"The room shown in the pictures is unlike mine and others I saw. No modern bathroom for example. Sewer smell. Im not sure the heat was working. They must have given me their worst room. In the rear over a work shop. Low floor. The workshop started at 9am. Also sent up smells. Not near opera house. Had to hand over the key every time. Miniscule shower. Hot water inconsistent. Lacking furniture and decorations."

"We had a small issue with our room during our stay that was addressed quickly by the staff at the hotel without adding stress to our trip. A great location right next to the beautiful historic pantheon and some great cafes and restaurants."

"Good."

"Accepted clean hotel. Very bad breakfast with no food &very poor quality.the elevator is not working & no pellman after 8 oclock which so annoying with no elevator the hotel is near to metro &train station about 10 ms walk & near to commercials & fatican"

"We love this hotel for its location. Within walking distance to so many places near the Spanish Steps. And we also love the delicious breakfast and views. This was our second time staying here and our room was just perfect and the views of Rome spectacular. Thank you!"

"No temperature control in the room. Room was very cold."

"The staff were very helpful!"

"Staff deserves a sixth star. Bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was outstanding the staff in the restaurant was the best ever. Front desk took care of us as well. A fantastic stay in Rome. Thank you Hotel Pacific!"
