"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. "WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing.
