"The parking is a little hard, even though on Expedia it says that the property has parking, THEY DON’T HAVE PARKING. Also at the Expedia it says they have washing options. They do, but one little but; no washing machine in the property only option is that they offer dry cleaning. Most likely they are contacted with outside dry cleaning company. Other than this two I loved our stay the stuff is amazing, very friendly and spoke several languages which is very helpful. the breakfast was included...

"Excellent boutique hotel on the main drag in central Tbilisi. Rooms are efficiently laid out. I had a really nice little balcony. (fourth floor) Very bright, facing the street. Quite good value! Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. Solid soundproofing from the very busy street outside. Nice little coffee shop on the ground floor. (I didn't try the breakfast.) Great service. Elevator is quite slow, but no big deal."

"A few blocks up from the main historic center, this little guest house has easy access to central Tbilisi. Clean, with friendly staff, it's basic, but convenient. Guest controlled AC was a huge bonus for summer temperatures. There are no elevators, but staff was accommodating of my leaving a stroller in the lobby during my week long stay. "
