"It was ok for 1 night, quite rundown and the carpet smelled kind of like urine. The beds were very hard, but a short walk to the beach and the Australaisan Restaurant. The price reflects what to expect"

"Es war sauber. Rezeption gut besetzt und freundlich. Bad eher feucht. Heizung vorhanden. Kücke ok. Ich hätte mir eine Garderobe oder ähnliches gewünscht, um Kleidung aufzuhängen. Hierzu gab es keine Möglichkeit"

"If you're looking for a budget lodging option, this is a great choice. We stayed in the cabins. They were a bit outdated, but were clean and well-kept. The bathrooms were very nice, always clean and lots of space. Staff was helpful with check-in, even with the possibility of our late check-in."

"Beautiful place to stay! Hosts we extremely lovely, unfortunately the shower head did break but that was something the host mentioned happened quite frequently. Breakfast was amazing! And the room was lovely."

"Friendly staff, kindly moved us to a room at the back of the complex. Laundry facilities were also very handy. Great room with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Thanks"

"Really friendly, we were made to feel welcomed. Small touches went a long way."

"Room was very tidy and comfortable. It was extremely quiet and there was no road noise. Would recommend."

"We loved our stay in the Blackhouse Cottage, and wished we could have stayed longer. It was gorgeously appointed and well set out. The beds were super comfortable and we were snug and warm in the cold. So cozy and the perfect place to unwind and relax. We would stay here again and again. "

"House is as advertised, comfortable family area."

"Not as we imagined. Thinking a guesthouse as in the title thought would be welcoming…. Said breakfast included, it isn’t. You get 1 v small milk carton and teabags. Prob great for a group but squashed dead insects on the door of the loo, dust behind the doors and just felt like staying at a grandmas house without the welcoming grandma….we sent a message to the owner on arrival as a lock safe entry and 2 days later no response. Up to you but not for us, disappointed "

"Nice comfy clean bed, however fridge shelf was broken & in real need of a defrost. Was fine for a one night stay"
