"I have found that staff at Springhill Suites are always friendly and attentive. I like the room setup, I can work at the desk without bothering anyone sleeping and there is plenty of space. The one thing I find a need for is a freezer in the refrigerator. I am diabetic and carry insulin which has to be kept cold. The freezer packs have to be refrozen every night. There is plenty of ice which I put in Ziploc freezer bags, but they leak and make a mess in the bag and car"
