"The Propert location was perfect for exploring Rome, the staff provided exceptional customer service, breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a nice selection of fresh fruit, decadent pastries. good selection of cheese, juices, infused water, and the hot food was equally delicious. "This hotel has the perfect location! The room was warm and welcoming. The AC was a must and it worked excellent! However, the shower was very small and our room was located on the 4th floor. This wouldn’t be a problem normally but the building didn’t have an elevator. The weather was 100 degrees and going up and down was tough even for a healthy person. Overall, I recommend staying here!"
