"Our host, Simone, was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He really made our visit seamless and special. We decided to stay an extra night and Simone was very happy to help us. I feel like we made a new friend. The room itself was comfortable, the AC worked well, and it was central to public transportation. We would definitely visit Hotel Universo again."

"Good value and good location for an overnight stop or to visit Turin, Bra, Alba and surrounding areas. "

"Clean room air conditioning delicious breakfast and the staff was helpful!"

"A bit surprised by it being largely a college dorm but all very nice and convenient. Good gym, food and staff"

"This is perhaps a slightly unusual setup where some floors are student accommodation and others are Hotel rooms. In practice, this worked REALLY well though. The room was great with a terrific view over the river and walking distance one of the main historic piazzas in Turin. Staff were helpful and polite. Overall, recommended, especially at the price!"

"One of the best hospitality experiences I've had. The hotel was an incredible value for how lovely it is. Great location near the train station, but in a nice, quiet area.
