"Pleasant stay. we spent the day at the Volcano Natl Park which is only 7 minutes away. had dinner in town, checked in about 5pm. when you drive onto the property you feel like you are in the middle of the rain forrest. really appreciated the tasty banana bread, snacks, and fruit that was left out. our room had a hot tub, which we didnt use. the matress was comfy. very quiet surrondings."

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen area could have been cleaner especially the dirty refrigerator. Excellent location to National park. Few restaurants in the area but very good food. For the price, I would visit again. "

"This lovely secluded rain forest cabin is wonderfully private, very close to the park, and the owners are extremely responsive (by text). They provide coffee and bottled water (although the filtered rain water is fine too). Note that it’s a pretty big place so takes a bit to warm up on cold wet days, but worth it!"

"Overall it was a good spot for one night. Super clean with nice amenities. However, to check in you have to arrive within a certain time and pick up and return the key at the True Value a short drive away. No potable water, but they provided a jug of bottled water. We arrived at the end of check-in time frame and it was rainy and foggy, so finding the checkin spot was challenging. TV is in a little sitting room. We didn’t shower because when you first turn on the water in the basin it was...

"We adored the little rainbow falls rainforest cabin. We have been travelling for about two weeks and it was time for a short retreat before continuing our adventure in the Hawaiian islands. Luckily for us, the volcano erupted, and we got to sit on the front porch listening to the rumble in the distance after having seen the start of the eruption that morning at the rim restaurant before they evacuated everyone."

"We have been staying in cabins for close to 30 years and this is one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Everything about the cabin is exceptional. The hosts go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Volcanos National Park."
