"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderfully decorated, clean, maintained, and stocked unit. Excellent customer service and responsiveness."

"Place is nice, clean and comfortable. The only problem is the pool key is not working. Other than that everything else is good. "

"It was a small space which was fine for us. The tub had a very slow drain. Downside, there were 2 of us and only 1 set of keys and there were a few times it was inconvenient for us but really the place was great. Pool was clean. Laundry was coin operated and worked fine. The residents that were there were all friendly. "

"It was a great little place. Setup like a studio apartment. On the 1st level and close to the atrium pool. With the Sofa bed pulled out there is about a 3 foot walkway between it and the bed which was plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again. Pictures do not do this place justice. "

"Just an amazing spot"

"The property was clean and well kept. The location was prefect and a short wall to the beach and the Salty Dolphin. We all had a great stay!"

"The place was okay for a weekend get away. When we first arrived it had an odor, but air fresher was left we used. Also, for the pull out bed there was only a flat sheet for use with no comforter, so our kids had to share a bed with us. The pool and dock was nice. There was coffee there for use which was nice, and the owner was responsive when needed."

"The stay was ok. Great location. Place had the basics. But we bought more toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. The place is ON the water which was amazing. But for the price I don’t think we should have to shop for the basics. "

"I love this property, the staff is super friendly. It's a quiet location, the units are older and a little dated but they are kept clean, they provide you with all the necessities you will need. We stayed her 10 years ago for my nephews wedding and was so happy to be able to go back. I will definitely stay here again. "
