"Clean room, but crowded area and parking was tough all the time. The staff are amazing though and we love that it is very quiet inside the facility itself. No buzzing cars and away from the busy main highway. Thank you Solano."
"The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects.
Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted.
Unfortunately, I would not...
"WiFi was included, but only worked in the lobby and dining room, not in our room. There is a fee for everything. I am disabled, but there was 400 peso fee (about $3.80) to sit in a chair by the pool, ( I didn’t swim). After a bit of protest, they gave me a plastic chair to sit in. Staff was friendly. The water slide closed one hour after our check-in for the season. Don’t think we will stay there again."
"Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. "
"Rooms are clean and very comfy. JET hotel
Is located in a busy street but we were able to sleep.restaurant are within walking distance from the security, reception, housekeeping and dinning staff are the main star they made sure that we met the things that we need. Kudos"
"The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible."
"It is the warm welcome. The environment and the activities for children . The farm experience and their tour of the farm is a must. The architectural design with bamboo is so beautiful
Especially their green mangoes. If you lobe bird watching this is also the good place with the sound of kilyawan birds."
"We stayed for a couple of nights at Paradores. The place is well maintained considering its age. Some parts of the house are over a hundred years old. Woodworking professionals will appreciate the hardwood floors held together not by nails but of wood pegs. They are uneven at certain parts of the Spanish era home. But that is part of the charm. Just make sure you wear shoes with good traction as the flight of stairs can be quite slippery due to the wood preservatives used. The infinity pool is...
