"Súper bien"

"Espacio muy limpio y acogedor. Buen servicio."

"Excelente"

"Clean, and very pretty. No elevator, paper thin walls, shower had broken handle, low water pressure and ran out of hot water in less the five min. Staff almost felt bothered when you asked a question. Good bed and tons of shops around but wouldn’t stay again"

"Hotel bien situado, esto y el personal son la cara positiva. La negativa es la habitación; incomoda, cama hundida, mal iluminada, etcétera. Llamarla Deluxe es un eufemismo de mal gusto."

"Both in-inhouse bars/ restaurant were closed, although you could BYOB up to the rooftop. View was spectacular. Rooms were clean and well decorated, lighting was bad, needs more and brighter options, impossible to read in bed. Not many outlets, needs power & usb hubs by microwave, desk and bedside. "Our stay was good. Rooms were cleaned daily. The Balcony I would not book again. they pigeons were always on ledge and made it dirty with their poop. I think it was an extra expense of money that i could have saved."

"We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!"

"Personal de Front Desk muy amables y serviciales Igualmente el personal de la piscina y de los barres."

"We only had one night but wished we’d had longer, just to stay in our quiet room, read, drink coffee, and unwind. The minimalist colonial decor was very relaxing and romantic, we’ll stay again if we come back."
