"Overall I enjoyed my stay here! The grounds are meant to be beautiful but unfortunately there’s a lot of dead trees on the mountain. They have go carts for easy transport around the resort and all the employees are so helpful and friendly! We got to know them and they would greet us by name! "Comida excelente, todos los miembros del staff muy atentos. Sobretodo los de área de restaurante. Claudia y Guadalupe siempre con una sonrisa recibiendo a todos los huéspedes desde la hora de desayuno hasta la cena. Los de la alberca bastante relajados, igual muy lindos y las actividades bastante divertidas. Mi esposo y yo nos vamos con muy buena impresión y esperamos regresar pronto. "

My only complaint would be the noise in our room was directly behind the entertainment so very hard to sleep. "
