"We stayed one night and it was a magnificent time. The room was great, location excellent, not to mention the Eight roof top bar. The short time we spent there was memorable. I will give them a 10/10 except for the wi-fi service that kept dropping. "

I was originally put off by the overall rating but I’m very glad I read the negative reviews and booked anyway. In my experience (on check-in and check-out) the staff were friendly and professional. "The second evening there was no hot water until the morning, so it was not possible to take the shower! Temperature regulation in the room was not working, since it was -5 oC outside the room was rather cold. The rest was OK, personel is freindly."
