"Helemaal perfect in het midden van het centrum op steenworp afstand van Victory Square. Metro is slechts twee minuten lopen. Het pand is oud, maar heel degelijk. Toch mag het appartement wel een keer een opknapbeurt hebben. De bedden zijn acceptabel, maar het kan beter. De tegels op de vloer vertonen scheuren.
